Body talk Sessions
Body Talk is an offering that weaves together intuitive bodywork, energy work, and somatic awareness into a restorative experience designed to help you reconnect and listen to the wisdom of your body.
-
Through hands-on touch and energetic attunement, we create a space where your nervous system can settle, tension can soften, and deeper layers of awareness have room to emerge.
As we work together, I may receive intuitive impressions, images, or insights that reflect what your body is communicating. At the same time, you may notice emotions, memories, sensations, or moments of clarity naturally arising.
Some sessions feel deeply restful. Others become opportunities for insight, emotional processing, or integration. There is nothing to achieve or force. We simply follow what is present with curiosity, presence, and care.
Each Body Talk session is a unique conversation between touch, energy, intuition, and the innate intelligence already living within you.
Why 30 Minutes?
Body Talk is intentionally offered as a 30-minute session.
Rather than diving in deeply right away, this session is an invitation to begin building trust with your body and its unique way of communicating.
Like any meaningful relationship, learning to listen takes time. We start gently, allowing your nervous system to feel safe and your body to reveal only what it is ready to share.
This slower approach honors your body's natural pace and creates a strong foundation for deeper work in the future.
For those who wish to continue the conversation, extended Body Talk sessions are available after completing an initial 30-minute session. Longer sessions offer more time for exploration, integration, and working with whatever unfolds, all within a relationship of greater trust and familiarity.
