About me, Ayla Rose
My work lives at the intersection of soul and body.
It began with a dream visitation from my grandmother Rose and unfolded into a lifelong devotion to the language of energy, intuition, symbolism, movement, and the wisdom of the body.
Today, my work is held within Soul Woven Body, a space devoted to remembering the SoulBody's innate intelligence and our capacity to live in deeper relationship with ourselves and the living world. Here I create experiences that invite people to listen and reconnect with the wisdom they already carry.
For more than a decade, I have supported people through intuitive readings, energy work, teaching, mentorship, and embodied healing practices. I am Visionary Founder of the Academy of Attunementand creator of The Art of Energy Work, where I teach energetic literacy, sensitivity, discernment, and practices that help people cultivate a more embodied way of moving through the world.
The sudden passing of my mother became one of the deepest initiations of my life. Grief returned me to slowness, nature, creativity, and movement as a path of devotion. It also brought me into a deeper relationship with embodiment, the nervous system, and the many ways healing asks us to listen rather than force. Those threads now live within everything I offer.
I continue to deepen my studies in the esoteric, somatics, bodywork, and the energetics of the feminine nervous system.
At heart, I am a sense-centered being , seer, teacher, weaver, and creative. I continue to dance in the center of mystery, allowing the unknown to shape how I listen, teach, and live.
I dance in the center of mystery both full and empty. I’m wrapped in the unknown, outstretched in the face of it all, choosing to be lucid, present and engaged with the fullness of life.
I sit with an unnameable force that feels so familiar, as if I was born from it, yet this same force has the ability to shatter all my former realities and drop me in the center of awe.
